Sit with how you are feeling with observation, not judgement. Allow for any feelings to make their way to the forefront to be welcomed.
Create a new relationship with anxiety. Show it gratitude for trying to help you, but allow it to be free and disconnected from who you are.
This is a difficult time for everyone. Notice how you feel about overwhelm, grief, and any other feelings you are having. Remember they are temporary.
Give your anger the attention it's asking for, but do not get involved. Make the anger feel welcome and heard in this moment.
